John L Guy

John L. Guy, beloved father and grandfather, peacefully departed this world on March 3, 2026, at the age of 52, at The Crossing at Clarity Hospice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Born on January 13, 1974, in Belize, John was known for his easy-going, laid-back personality and his unwavering love for God.

Throughout his life, John cultivated a deep passion for cooking, often delighting family and friends with his culinary creations. He also cherished the joy music brought to his life, finding solace and happiness within its rhythms and melodies. John’s zest for life and the simple pleasures it offered were evident to all who knew him.

John is survived by his loving children, Jonathan Guy, Tatiana Guy, Jaden Guy and Alex, who carry forward his spirit and values, as well as his cherished granddaughter, Ava and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents  John D Guy and  Olivia Bowmane and his former wife and mother of his children Tatiana and Jaden, Veronica Elaine Malone. His legacy of love, faith, and a passion for life's simple joys will continue to resonate with all those who were fortunate enough to know him.
