He is son of Jim and Pearl Barrow and a Graduate of Baton Rouge High. Visitation Thursday February 22, 2024, 4:00pm-6:00pm and Funeral Friday February 23 at 11:00 am at Resting Place Funeral Home 7840 Florida Blvd. Interment in Roselawn Cemetery. Professional Services entrusted to Resting Place Funeral Home.
